This Friday I cooked for my friend Lauren and I. We had this wonderful meal from who else but Rachael Ray. Warm herb butter And goat cheese linguine with fresh tomatoes! Yum! Lauren brought down her broccoli and mushrooms and we added that as well, plus some garlic bread (ie. Texas Toast) It was SO good. I had some for leftovers last night. I am a huge fan of goat cheese and even if you question it, don’t. You don’t know until you have tried it. The herbs were dill, parsley, and tarragon. Once again, a hit after hit from Rach!
