Last night I tried another kind of chicken recipe: chicken francese. It was really good! I got the recipe off of Rachael Rays website as usual. I do have to say that I got the vegetable medley of parsnip, sweet potato, carrot, and butternut squash off of food network website from Ina Garten. Anyways it was a hit. Love the cheesy lemony flavor! Excellent. Next time I have to learn how to rotate them without having the egg batter mix falling off. Oh well!
